In addition to our own resources, we can tap the expertise of many of the industry’s best recognized manufacturers. CUSTOMER SERVICE Our customer service department is staffed by personnel who are able and ready to quickly handle your requests for pricing, technical, delivery or other information. Each of these service-oriented associates not only want to serve you, but have the necessary tools to do so, including:

An industry wide, multi-brand CD-ROM based products catalog with direct fax to you capabilities available on each associate’s desktop workstation.

An industry wide, multi-brand CD-ROM based pricing reference available on each associate’s desktop workstation.

High speed Internet & E-mail connections at each workstation provides our associates with quick access to manufacturer and transportation resources.

Our own customer support data and business software system at each workstation.

Other computer based tools to speed the delivery of technical data, product specifications or quotation and delivery information to you.

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION We maintain a separate customer service operation that handles project construction requirements of lighting and power distribution equipment for electrical contractors. Our associates in this operation efficiently handle all administrative aspects of this type of business from take-off and quotation to order entry to billing including expediting, revisions and other detail. We are proud of the reputation we have earned for accurate submittals and quotations that are consistent with job specifications.

DELIVERY FROM STOCK We maintain a substantial investment in inventory and believe in servicing your regular requirements out of stock. Our inventory is efficiently housed in an up-to-date facility. Our associates in the warehouse work hard and are supported by a fleet of delivery vehicles as well as other means to give our customers the kind of service they expect.

SUPPLY COUNTER For those customers that prefer "will call" or counter service, we offer a newly enlarged and enhanced supply counter area. Many items are available on a self-serve basis. We also have a number of useful and innovative products on display. Our goal is to get you in and out quickly. Priority service is given to "will call" customers.  We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet Access at our supply counter.

CREDIT & ACCOUNTING We gladly extend credit to deserving companies. Click on Credit to obtain a credit application. For customers who choose to manage maintenance expense by the use of corporate credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Our Accounting Associates stand ready to answer your questions about your account or to resolve any matter that may arise. We work hard not to make mistakes. But, if we do (we are human), these associates are here for you.

ELECTRONIC COMMERCE We are ready to support those customers that want to realize the benefits of automation by transmitting orders to us directly from their own computers. Contact us if you wish to pursue this avenue of transacting business.  Power-Order confirmations are also available for contractors using the Power Purchase system.

LIGHTING DESIGN Allow us to help you achieve lower utility bills, increased worker productivity and a more pleasant working environment by designing a new lighting system. We will use the latest design tools and the best products available. A good lighting system can actually pay for itself in just a few short years by virtue of the savings in the cost of energy when compared to an older, less efficient system. Even more savings can be realized by the use of state of the art lighting control systems.

DISTRIBUTION & CONTROL SOLUTIONS We offer many products that are beneficial to plant and process operations as well as product design. Programmable logic controllers, IEC and NEMA control, advanced photo and proximity sensing, coordinated protection, power distribution, ground monitoring and predictive maintenance are areas that we would be glad to discuss with you.
